•Spend most of my time in coaching and providing guidance to store team.
•Support store manager to ensure training will be provided to store members properly.
Be an expert for what I do:
•Support Area Manager and Express Store Manager on delivering business plans/ Customer plans from Head Office to achieve KPIs and target.
•Support store to follow operation standards such as audit, Operation Audit and etc. through people management.
•Be an expert in people processes and give appropriate advice to Area Manager and Express Store Manager regarding people management standards, Under Performance Process, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or higher in related field
